Days Healthcare has identified a number of key retailers who go the extra mile for their customers. These retailers fall into two categories:

Centres of Excellence These are specialist mobility retailers who can provide you with a high level of service and support on the wide range of products found throughout this website, including scooters, beds, riser recliners, walking aids, and standard wheelchairs.

Specialist Wheelchair Centres These are outlets that specialise in wheelchairs – in particular configured wheelchairs that can be specially adapted to a customer’s needs.

To join the scheme and become either a Centre of Excellence or a Specialist Wheelchair Centre, retailers have to prove to us that they can guarantee to offer all customers the following:

• Expert Knowledge: We know you want to deal with competent people who can advise you on the best solution to fit your requirements. Our retailers specialise in treating our customers as individuals with individual needs. They will be able to suggest the right product to provide the perfect solution for your personal circumstances.
• Express Delivery: We know that once you’ve made your decision, you want to take away your new purchase there and then. All of our Centres of Excellence retailers hold stock on a variety of our popular products so you can get your new purchase the same day. If this isn’t possible, our delivery service to our Centres of Excellence and Specialist Wheelchair Centres means you’ll never have to wait too long. Our Specialist Wheelchair Centres have a range of ‘assessment’ chairs to enable them to fit you to the most appropriate wheelchair for your needs.
